Your key responsibilities as a Client Support Analyst will include:

  • Manage customer enquiries and issues received through calls, emails, chats, and customer portals, ensuring accurate classification, prioritisation, and resolution within agreed service levels.
  • Investigate and resolve client issues and requests at first level wherever possible, escalating to technical and data teams when required.
  • Deliver a professional, customer-centric support experience that enhances client satisfaction and strengthens customer relationships.
  • Meet defined service level agreements, resolution targets, quality standards, and first-contact resolution objectives.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal resolver teams and provide timely updates and communications to customers throughout the case lifecycle.
  • Continuously enhance product and market knowledge and contribute to knowledge articles and service documentation.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Client Support Analyst:

  • You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer support, service desk, application support, or product support environments.
  • You will have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to confidently engage with international customers.
  • You will have a good understanding of MS Office tools and experience using service desk or support management systems.
  • You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within service targets.
  • You will be able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and knowledge of the financial services industry or fund data will be an advantage.
