Summary: As a Cloud Migration Engineer, you will provide a comprehensive assessment of existing solutions and infrastructure to facilitate their migration to the cloud. Your typical day will involve planning, delivering, and implementing application and data migration strategies that leverage both private and public cloud technologies. You will focus on creating scalable and high-performance solutions that drive next-generation business outcomes, ensuring that the migration process aligns with organizational goals and enhances operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of migration strategies and make necessary adjustments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Strong understanding of data architecture and design principles. - Experience with ETL processes and tools for data migration. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
