Cloud Support Engineer - Level 3 (Senior Engineer)

Role Summary:
Dynatrace administration across GCP infrastructure and applications. Define standards for metric ingestion, log management, dashboards, and cost optimization. Drive automation and integration with cloud-native monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define standards for custom metrics, anomaly detection, and AI-driven problem analysis.
• Architect log ingestion pipelines for application and infrastructure logs into Dynatrace.
• Develop cost optimization strategies: licensing management, data retention policies, and efficient metric collection.
• Integrate Dynatrace with GCP Cloud Monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and third-party observability tools.
• Automate monitoring deployments and configurations using Terraform and GitOps principles.
• Mentor teams on observability best practices and performance engineering.

Key Skills:

• Enterprise Dynatrace architecture and advanced customization
• GCP observability stack (Cloud Monitoring, Logging, Pub/Sub integration)
• Advanced metric ingestion, dashboards, and alerting strategies
• Log management and distributed tracing
• Terraform for IaC and monitoring automation
• Cost optimization and FinOps for monitoring tools
