Your Role

  • Perform an Initial assessment of changes and notify Change Owner if any information is missing.
  • Coordinates the change activity from the initial request to approval for implementation.
  • Facilitates the weekly Technical / Organizational Review meetings.
  • Prepares agendas and meeting summaries.
  • Perform a Final assessment of changes and provide the change owner any feedback
  • if information is missing in order to provide final approval.
  • Support AS&UX engineers in the CMII process and GES system.
  • Participate in the development of new databases/ tools.
  • Co-operate with other AS&UX teams.
  • Accomplish tasks in accordance to AS&UX and quality standards and schedules.
  • Care for good company image.
  • Continuously develop professional qualifications.
  • Care for confidential information and company’s property.

Your Background

  • Experience 4-8 Years
  • Experience in document management related position
  • Completion of the internal CMII certification course
  • Good knowledge of CMII process and the GES system
  • Master’s degree in engineering
  • General knowledge of technical documentation (mechanical and electrical)
  • Knowledge of engineering procedures
  • Knowledge of database structure
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Good oral and written English skills
  • Management skills, team orientation, communication skills
