About World Business Lenders (

World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding.

This is a Contract/Consultant position. Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language. Resumes must be submitted in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and distribute sales and marketing communication materials, including sell sheets, flyers, “Deal of the Week” emails, website content, and social media posts.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate approvals from relevant stakeholders before finalizing materials.
  • Assist in managing and updating marketing assets across various platforms.
  • Support the sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks related to communications.
  • Maintain organized records of communication materials and distribution timelines.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with editorial and linguistic expertise.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for creating and editing marketing materials.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Adaptable and proactive, with a positive attitude and ability to multitask.
  • Experience in sales or marketing communications is a plus.
