Key Responsibilities
● Meet with clients to understand their software needs and requirements.
● Coordinate with design teams to create software designs that fit within the capabilities of our platform.
● Implement the agreed-upon design into the clients software workspace, which includes creating the workspace through scripts and performing front-end configuration and implementation.
● Coordinate with application teams to install necessary applications onto the workspace.
● Implement support and self-serve features, such as intercom content.
● Ensure that all customer needs are implemented correctly, and that the final product is handed over to the client and client team seamlessly.
● Continually monitor project progress, anticipate potential problems, and devise and implement appropriate solutions.
● Maintain clear and regular communication with all stakeholders, keeping them updated on project progress and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

● UI Design / tools (Figma; photo editing)

● Troubleshooting web applications (Developer Tools)
● Python (scripting)
● Linux / MacOS
● API calls (Postman)
● Understand process flows.
● Application Hierarchy Understanding
● SharePoint Experience
