The Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions utilizing a wide range of technologies, including Java, Big Data frameworks, AI/ML concepts, and cloud platforms. You will be a key contributor to the architecture, development, and deployment of our data-driven applications.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable applications using Java and related technologies.
• Work extensively with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, Spark, and Scala to process and analyze large datasets.
• Develop and implement data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Write, optimize, and debug SQL queries across various platforms including BigQuery, Athena, Spark SQL, and Snowflake.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java full-stack technologies.
• Utilize Python for scripting, data analysis, and reporting.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of AI/ML models and solutions.
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS and GCP).

What You'll Bring:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming principles.
- Extensive experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, Spark, and Scala.
- Experience with SQL and various database platforms (BigQuery, Athena, Spark SQL, Snowflake).
- Solid experience with Python programming for scripting, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with Java full-stack development, including frameworks such as Spring Boot.
- Experience with Cloud environments (AWS and GCP), including services such as EC2, S3, Cloud Storage, and Compute Engine.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and algorithms.
