Responsibilities:

Supports the evaluation of new applications and identifiication of new system requirements

Supports systems hardware and application software implementation and upgrades

Troubleshoots problems with software on a second level

Applies procedures and protocols for software under supervision

Supports the conception of new business requirement and development of IT solutions (e.g. SAP)
