Supports and improves IT applications by evaluating complex systems, identifying requirements, implementing upgrades, troubleshooting software at the third level, and developing IT solutions. The role also provides application monitoring and support, manages incidents and escalations, coordinates capacity with team leads, and ensures adherence to service-level agreements.

Implements local master data management guidelines and standards, identifies data sources, supports data collection, transformation, and consolidation, maintains data quality and usage, enables stakeholder access, and improves data management methods and processes.

Manage, classify, store, review, and release product documentation using SAP and Microsoft Office tools. Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and suppliers to clarify documentation requirements and compile mechanical seal documents for customers. Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to improve lead times and quality consistency.

Manage master data migration for the India rollout, including scope definition, migration planning, standards, stakeholder coordination, issue resolution, status reporting, and cutover integration. The role requires close onsite collaboration at the Chennai plant and will transition into ownership of India-specific master data governance after rollout completion.

Performs product costing, cost variance analysis, standard cost calculations, intercompany pricing, and month-end and year-end costing activities across manufacturing plants. Maintains costing master data, including BOMs and routings, resolves discrepancies, prepares management reports, and provides financial insights. Collaborates with Finance, Production, Sales, Procurement, and Master Data teams while supporting SAP S/4HANA costing process improvements and compliance requirements.

Creates and verifies drawings and models for intermediate-level products, performs engineering calculations according to established guidelines, and maintains Bills of Materials and Engineering Change Notices for simpler products.

Develop and maintain in-house and new software applications using .NET, Angular, Azure, Java, and modern integration patterns. Own development topics from requirements through deployment and support, create technical documentation, develop automated tests, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with business users, architects, product owners, and global IT teams. Mentor developers and promote secure, scalable, reusable solutions and continuous improvement.

Design, develop, test, and optimize SAP ABAP solutions on S/4HANA and HANA database. Translate business requirements into technical specs, perform performance tuning, build OData/Gateway services, integrate via IDocs/Proxies, and mentor junior developers while managing multiple deliverables.

Manage and improve Material Master data in SAP S/4HANA, lead data migration for S/4HANA rollouts, resolve data quality issues, drive global MDM governance, train stakeholders, and support BOM-related processes.

Lead ABAP development: translate complex requirements into technical specs, develop and test ABAP solutions (including ABAP on HANA, CDS, AMDP, RAP), tune performance, manage multiple projects, implement integrations (IDocs, proxies, OData/Gateway), deliver forms (Adobe/Smart Forms), run workshops, and mentor junior developers.
