Technical Skills: 

• Task is to drive the Phenom configuration and interfaces. Main Tasks is to align with Business on Change need and steer their implementation on Provider site.

• Implement changes in Phenom
• Test changes
• PM for those changes
• Define Interfaces/ Support Integrations
• 2nd Level support for Phenom interfaces and respective changes

Responsibility:

  • PM for those changes
  • Define Interfaces/ Support Integrations
  • 2nd Level support for Phenom interfaces and respective changes

  Knowledge:

  • Knowledge About IT and Integration required
  • Knowledge About Internet Domains, DNS and certificates required
  • Knowledge of Phenom and Phenom CRM required
  • PM Skills (e.g.: Scrum) required
  • Experience as SAAS Consultant for a big global Company
  • English fluent

  Work Result: Implemented User Stories in Phenom/ Closed Tickets

• Experience with Phenom and Phenom CRM

Skill Set: 

• • Knowledge About IT and Integration required
