Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Manager to take ownership of managing project contracts from signature to close-out. In this role, you will support the Project Manager in ensuring contractual compliance, managing risks, and handling variations and disputes with precision and confidence. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

  • Overseeing contract deliveries and approvals in coordination with site and quality teams.

  • Developing and implement contract management plans to ensure timely and compliant execution.

  • Managing contract variations, mitigate risks, and lead claims and dispute resolution processes.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, registers, and monitoring tools.

  • Ensuring adherence to internal contract management policies and legal standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, finance, and PMO.

  • Supporting the integration of contract data into project schedules, risk management, and reporting tools.

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree.

  • 3 years’ experience in construction projects.

  • Background in procurement, legal, or project management.

  • Experience in the energy or utilities sector is a strong advantage.

  • Solid understanding of construction processes and legal contract concepts.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Financial literacy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-country, multi-project environment.
