About the Role
 

The contracts coordinator is responsible to organize, prepare and process letters of agreement. For contributors to edited books worldwide and provide the copyright information for edited books and serials for production.
 

Responsibilities
 

• Managing and supervise agreements process, i.e., from submission of the request until completion of the agreements process
• Performing amendments to agreement clause based on the contributor’s input
• Resolving problems, address queries with specifics to agreements and do the necessary support by providing adequate reporting on agreements
• Collaborating with the content editorial teams, production, authors, legal, and meet established turnaround times for specific steps
• Checking for any legal implications before publication.

Requirements
 

• 2-3 years of publishing experience
• Understanding on how their processes influence the final customer outcome and develop customer centric capabilities within team.
• Support the Team Manager with team activities, reports, process improvements.
