Cost Analyst - Soft trims ( Engineer)

➢ Costing and reporting of Commodity parts based on Milestones of each Project ( Bottom costing, RFQ, COST, F4, IP/PB )
➢ Responsible to follow Costing guide line and Ref. data & support to Update CGL
➢ Capitalization of product and process data pertaining to the Commodity ( SQ, Infosite, Cost reports etc)
➢ To give proposals for cost reduction opportunities in the parts manufacturing processes.
➢ Challenge the suppliers / Stakeholder with proper technical and economic background explanations.
➢ Visit Supplier and collect Required Costing information’s and identify opportunities for the cost reduction improvements.
➢ Support Digital Transformation of Process and Operations
➢ New process improvement and solution for upstream projects.
