Job Summary
The Creative & Content apprentice assists in content ideation, script evaluation, and development for both television and OTT formats. The role involves coordinating with production houses, reviewing storylines, and supporting creative inputs during production.
About the Team
The team is responsible for creating and delivering innovative content that appeals to a wide range of viewers. Through a combination of creative and culturally relevant fiction, nonfiction, OTT Series (micro, mini and log formats) and event programming execution, this team is critical in defining the channel's identity and increasing viewer engagement on the channels (Linear & OTT). They are committed to pushing boundaries in entertainment and offering viewers content that is charged that inspires, excites, and engages them across the channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support concept and script evaluation for fiction and non-fiction content for TV / OTT.
- Coordinate with production partners for creative deliverables.
- Research trends and audience preferences to generate content ideas.
- Track content schedules, shoots, and edits.
- Maintain creative documentation and reports.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of production processes.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) / Master of Arts (M.A.) in Mass Communication / Arts or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience in content development or production
