Appraise, recommend, and approve SME credit proposals within delegated authority. Review delinquent cases, monitor NPAs, conduct customer visits for due diligence, identify policy and process gaps, and recommend risk controls. The role also supports policy updates based on market feedback, system integration plans, stakeholder management, training, knowledge sharing, and portfolio reviews for risk management.

Responsibilities1) Appraise/Recommend/ Approve Credit Proposals as per the delegation of authority.
2) Review delinquent cases and document learnings / portfolio reviews for Risk Management
3) Recommend changes to Policy, Process based on local nuances / competitor feedback
4) Implement system integration plans
5) Monitor NPA and keep a track of it
6) Customer visits for PD
7) Identification of process and policy gaps & potential risk arising out of it.
8) Suggesting internal control measures and ensures implementation to address such gaps
