We seek a CRO Specialist with a strong background in e-commerce optimization to join our team and take ownership of improving conversion rates across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will combine deep analytical expertise with a strategic mindset to boost performance and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsabilities:
- Develop and implement CRO strategies to optimize website and landing page performance.
- Analyze user behavior, conversion data, and customer journeys using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other A/B testing platforms.
- Work closely with design, product, and marketing teams to propose and execute testing hypotheses.
- Monitor and report on key metrics to evaluate test results and guide future initiatives.
- Optimize pages for SEO while improving conversion flows, especially in Shopify environments.
- Identify growth opportunities through data and experimentation.
Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in CRO or a similar digital optimization role.
- Hands-on experience working with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices and their influence on conversion.
- Proficiency with analytics and behavior tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg).
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Nice to Have:
- Background in Growth Marketing.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools like Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how it impacts page performance.
