About UniUni
UniUni is an international leader in last-mile logistics, delivering tens of millions of parcels annually across Canada and rapidly expanding in the United States. Founded in 2019, UniUni’s tech-driven innovation and crowdsourcing delivery model offer fast, economical, and reliable services to local, domestic, and international e-commerce clients.

About the role

  • This is a ground-floor opportunity to own and grow UniUni's Indian e-commerce vertical in the US. You will be the primary relationship builder between UniUni and Indian-owned overseas warehouses, D2C brands, and cross-border sellers operating in the United States. You know this world — the sellers, the platforms, the pain points — and you're ready to turn that knowledge into a thriving book of business.

What you'll do

  • Identify and develop relationships with Indian brands, marketplace sellers, and overseas warehouse operators who need reliable last-mile delivery in the US
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across platforms including Amazon US, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Shopify
  • Partner with fulfillment platforms such as Shiprocket, WareIQ, and ShipBob to position UniUni as their preferred last-mile carrier for Indian seller clients
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client logistics needs and demonstrate UniUni's value proposition
  • Represent UniUni at relevant industry events, trade associations, and Indian business communities in the US
  • Work cross-functionally with UniUni's operations and product teams to relay client feedback and support onboarding
  • Own revenue targets and report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and account growth

Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (US work visa required)
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within cross-border e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain
  • Deep familiarity with the Indian cross-border seller ecosystem — understanding of how Indian brands and merchants operate in the US market
  • Prior experience at companies such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Amazon Global Selling, WareIQ, Flexport, or similar is a strong plus
  • Existing network within the Indian e-commerce or logistics community in the US is highly valued

What you need to know about the Chennai Tech Scene

To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
