Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration with different stakeholders and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance overall system performance are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive project success.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across integrated systems.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM.
- This position is based at our AMDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
