Summary: We are seeking a forward-thinking professional with AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy intelligent frameworks leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI frameworks within SAP platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various Business Functions, a passion for innovation in AI, and rich experience with delivering enterprise grade technology solutions using Gen AI / Agentic AI Frameworks. This role requires the ability to conceptualize and implement AI-driven enhancements to traditional SAP processes, driving the next generation of enterprise automation and intelligence. As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to ensure that the applications function as intended, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. While the business situation / problem is given – you will have responsibility to visualize innovative solutions leveraging s GenAI & Agentic architecture and the best of available technologies from SAP, and other providers. Engage in end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery: requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and business adoption. Work with real-time AI platforms, integrating AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows Required active participation/contribution in team discussions Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies Professional & Technical Skills: Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment. Hands-on experience in GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) and Agentic AI applications (multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning) – demonstrated through project implementations Strong fundamental knowledge of AI lifecycle, data analysis, statistical concepts of ML algorithms (supervised and unsupervised learning) and AI concepts of NN (Neural Networks) and NLP (Natural Language Processing) Solid grasp of prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, value realization in AI projects Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. - Experience in application development lifecycle and methodologies. - Familiarity with integration processes within SAP environments. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.15 years full time education
