Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking charge of project efforts, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the development process aligns with project goals. The position serves as the main liaison for application-related activities, overseeing progress and addressing challenges to deliver effective solutions. The role demands proactive engagement in planning, problem-solving, and guiding the team to meet deadlines and quality standards, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Must be able to understand the requirements, functional solution, technical solutions and do development based on the same
- Must have worked in T24 implementation projects
- Strong understanding of Retail/corporate banking process
- Prior experience of writing BRD, FSD, IRD is must
- Understand the Solution design Develop and deliver the development package as per the agreed timeline
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Temenos Transact.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Temenos Transact Development.
- Should have good experience in T24 development in Java extensible.
- Good understanding of T24 Core modules, Temenos Payment Hub (TPH) – SEPA, IP payment etc
- Should have good experience in interface development, TPH camel script
- Should have good experience in IRIS, Integration Framework, Web-services, API Development

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Temenos Transact.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Candidate should possess excellent communication written oral and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in Agile environment
- Ability to learn new client applications
