Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, contributing to the overall quality and functionality of the software products being developed.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with data warehousing solutions.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and data integration techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for data storage and processing.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java for data manipulation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
