Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented and aligned with project goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and any challenges that may arise.

Primary Skill – IBM Maximo Application Suite 8 or 9 (Maximo MAS8 or MAS9)
Secondary skill – BIRT Reporting
Technical Experience
Hands-on experience with development, configuration and troubleshooting of Maximo integrations, applications, and workflow in MAS8 and/ or MAS9. Experience with Maximo 7x and 6x will be an added advantage
Hands on skill of PL/SQL
Experience with development and enhancement of BIRT Reports

Professional Attributes
Having 4-6 years of experience in MAS8/ MAS9
Should have good inter-personal communication and problem-solving skills
Skills on development and troubleshooting of MAS integrations with external applications
Must be able to work independently.
Understanding and work experience of SLA and client stakeholder management
Key Responsibilities
Work on Maximo MAS8/9 enhancements deliverables in applications, integrations, workflow, and report.
Work closely with client team to get requirements, planning and approval of deliverables and ensuring delivery.
Work on enhancement and new BIRT report developments.
