- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and configuration management within regulated environments.
- Ability to design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Veeva Vault platform capabilities.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies relevant to Veeva Vault implementations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software solutions.
