As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The position demands continuous collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency. Throughout the day, the engineer balances technical development with problem-solving and refinement to deliver robust and scalable software systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team and project scope.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using cloud-based platforms.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with API management and service-oriented architecture concepts.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver integrated software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A Bachelors degree in computer science or information science from a reputed Institute is required.
