Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to meet objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and application configuration.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop scalable software solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.
- Capability to lead and guide teams through technical challenges and project milestones.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
