Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Ensure the developed applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software solutions to enhance performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience in application design and configuration to meet diverse business needs.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and contribute to collaborative discussions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for application deployment.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
