Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while continuously overseeing the progress and quality of deliverables. The role also includes troubleshooting challenges that arise during development and ensuring that solutions align with overall project goals and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application design and development activities.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using cloud-based platforms.
- Strong knowledge of application configuration and deployment processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within integration environments.
- Familiarity with API management and data flow orchestration.
- Competence in collaborating with diverse technical teams to deliver cohesive software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
