Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in application design and development.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable software applications using modern development methodologies.
- Ability to integrate data analytics and processing capabilities within application frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and their application in enterprise environments.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance to meet business requirements.
- Experience in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver cohesive and effective software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
