Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that all solutions meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance while aligning with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of development processes are integral parts of the daily routine to drive innovation and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely project execution.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance, support, and knowledge sharing to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to recommend improvements and innovative solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing integration solutions using cloud-based platforms.
- Experience in managing end-to-end software development lifecycles with a focus on scalable architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with API management, data integration, and process orchestration within enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a strategic mindset to align technology with business needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
