The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for servicing branch customers, driving new customer acquisition, maintaining compliance, executing area mapping, and cross-selling products.
Servicing Branch Customers, Drives new‐to‐bank acquisition for CASA/TD/loans through referrals and cross‑sell; maintains a service‑oriented portfolio with proactive engagement and lead conversion.
Responsibilities• Servicing Branch Customers and maintaining branch operation in-line with Audit Compliance requirements.
• Execute area mapping, cold calls and BTL activities to meet acquisition targets.
• Complete accurate AOF/KYC and ensure CKYC submission without errors.
• Cross‑sell insurance/investments and activate digital banking for all new customers.
• Manage assigned portfolio for balances, usage and service requests within TAT.
Experience Range : 1 to 5 Years (Sales/ Service)
Qualifications :
Graduate (Any Specialisation)
