About the role
Location: Noida, India OR Remote in APAC (Japan preferred)
Compensation: This position offers a base salary + variable + equity + benefits. Compensation will vary depending on the hired candidate's physical location.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager for the Sell-Side team, you will own the customer journey on the platform, ensuring a seamless experience from customer onboarding and adoption to long term retention. Your role will focus on driving product adoption, client satisfaction, and revenue growth through strategic engagement and partnership.
The preferred location for this position is Noida, India OR remote in the APAC region. Candidates must be aligned to JST working hours. Monthly or quarterly visits to the client sites are required.
What You’ll Do
- Develop Strategic Relationships through building and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders, including senior executives, equity research analysts, and operations teams.
- Drive Engagement and Adoption by delivering exceptional client experiences through proactive engagement and advisory. You’ll collaborate with power users, champions, and key decision-makers to drive platform adoption and consistent usage across assigned accounts.
- Achieve Revenue and Retention Goals by owning renewals, retention, and net retention metrics for your portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will identify upsell and expansion opportunities by analyzing customer needs and collaborating with account executives.
- Monitor account health to identify risks and execute mitigation strategies to ensure customer success and satisfaction. You are he voice of the customer, providing actionable feedback to internal teams, including Product and Engineering, to influence the roadmap.
- You Champion Customer Success by leading advocacy activities such as references and success stories to showcase customer wins. You collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance customer journey playbooks.
- Lead Project Management Initiatives by coordinating cross-functional efforts, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution of customer onboarding, retention and custom implementations.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience managing enterprise-level accounts in the sell-side or financial services industry.
- A deep understanding of equity research, sell-side workflows, or related financial analytics processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfortable navigating complex organizations and influencing diverse multi-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal Japanese is required.
- Finance Certifications: CFA, CPA, CFP is preferred but not mandatory.
