As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in shaping the driver experience, ensuring smooth onboarding, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering a positive brand presence. The ideal candidate is a self-driven communicator with a passion for helping others, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset. Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, in-person support to driver partners during onboarding and ongoing operations.
- Guide new drivers through the onboarding process and introduce them to essential tools and resources.
- Troubleshoot and resolve driver-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting the company’s values and building enthusiasm among drivers.
- Stay updated on company processes, tools, and policies to ensure accurate and consistent support.
- Collaborate with the Driver Operations team to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Tamil.
