The Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in Marketing Analytics, Event Analytics, Campaign Performance, Revenue Analytics, or a related marketing domain, with the ability to work on complex datasets and derive actionable insights. This role involves full-cycle analytics delivery, including data analysis, dashboard development, and presenting insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong skills in SQL, Power BI, and exposure to tools like Tableau, data warehousing, and Python or R are essential. The candidate should excel in data storytelling, stakeholder management (especially across Marketing, RevOps, and Sales), and maintaining high standards of data quality, governance, and accuracy. Experience in building automated reporting solutions and working with global, multi-region datasets is important. An MBA degree is mandatory, and certifications in SQL or Power BI are an added advantage.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Event Analytics, Campaign Performance, Revenue Analytics, or a related marketing background

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills, with the ability to handle complex and ambiguous datasets

  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate insights into executive-ready narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery

  • Advanced expertise in SQL and Power BI (data querying, data modeling, and dashboard development)

  • Experience in end-to-end analytics delivery, from problem definition to insight generation and stakeholder presentation

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly across Marketing, RevOps, and Sales teams

  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on data quality, validation, and governance practices

  • Ability to work in global environments and manage multi-region datasets and use cases

  • Hands-on experience with analytics and data platforms such as Power BI and Tableau

  • Strong SQL skills with experience in data warehouses; exposure to Python or R is a plus

  • Experience building automated reporting solutions, scalable dashboards, and workflow efficiencies

  • Strong understanding of data models, schemas, and enterprise data platforms

  • MBA degree is mandatory
