Manage and automate IBM i (iSeries) system administration tasks: develop and maintain automation scripts, support scheduling and workload automation, create monitoring/alerting solutions, integrate with enterprise management tools, document standards, and participate in operational efficiency and event-driven automation initiatives for production environments.

Lead mainframe batch and console operations: monitor consoles and alerts, execute MVS/JES2 commands, manage batch cycles and job actions, perform JCL overrides and restarts, provide L3 support for abends, handle IPL and HMC tasks, manage spool and subsystems, follow escalations, and support 24x7 production environments to meet SLAs.

Operate and monitor mainframe batch and console systems, execute and recover production subsystems (IMS, CICS, DB2, IDMS), perform Level 2 batch support and JCL tasks, analyze and escalate system issues, resolve batch scheduling conflicts, and maintain production OS availability using tools like Zeke.

Administer and support IBM i (AS/400) systems, monitor storage and capacity, perform backups/restores with BRMS, apply PTFs and system upgrades, troubleshoot hardware/storage/OS issues, manage security and user profiles, support HA/DR and 24x7 production including on-call, follow ITIL incident/problem/change processes, collaborate with infrastructure teams, and maintain operational documentation.

Manage and administer IBM i production systems and virtualized IBM Power environments. Perform PTF maintenance, OS upgrades, backups/recovery, security and access control, performance monitoring/tuning, troubleshooting, and support migrations. Create documentation and support infrastructure projects while prioritizing tickets and collaborating with stakeholders.

Provide Maconomy ERP support: triage tickets, perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot financial and HR modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, HR, Banking, etc.), communicate with users, escalate as needed, estimate development work, and advise on features and functional objectives.

Lead analysis, design, and delivery of treasury and derivatives solutions: gather and document requirements, design solutions and data mappings, drive testing (SIT/UAT), ensure regulatory compliance, engage stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and embed risk controls and cybersecurity in implementations.
