We are looking for a Data Analyst with expertise in Risk Analytics, Credit Risk, Data Analytics, and Automation. The role involves analyzing large datasets, developing risk controls, supporting regulatory reporting, automating workflows, and generating actionable insights using SQL, PL/SQL,Python, SAS, PySpark, and cloud-based data platforms.

What will you do

• Participate in functional requirements analysis and provide precise knowledge on data modeling.
• Explore data sources, compare them with business requirement and iterate to ensure requirements are fully covering all specific case with real data when needed. 
• Find meaningful insights while exploring Data Sources. Work with Business, find convergence. 
• Ensure functional and technical support to our internal clients. Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Microstrategy, Power BI). 
• Strong knowledge of Data Analytics, Data Visualisation, Data Modelling & Design, Business Intelligence, Functional Requirements Definition & Management, BIL Products & Services, Synthesis & Clarity, and Stakeholder Relationship Management. 
• Effective and structured communication skills, both oral and written. Solution-oriented with complex problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, anomalies, and business opportunities.
• Perform Risk Analytics, Credit Risk Analytics, and Fraud Analytics to support business decisions.
• 5+ Years of experience into Develop analytical solutions using Python, SQL,PL/SQL, SAS, and PySpark.
• Design and implement risk control frameworks and monitoring mechanisms.
• Support regulatory reporting and compliance-related data analysis activities.
• Build and automate workflows using Jira, Confluence, Atlassian APIs, and REST APIs.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present actionable insights.
• DATA ANALYTICS Enabling data-driven decision making by extracting, analysing and communicating insights from structured and unstructured data. 
• DATA VISUALISATION Facilitating understanding of data by displaying concepts, ideas and facts using graphical representations.
•  DATA MODELLING & DESIGN BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE Developing models and diagrams to represent, communicate and manage data requirements and data assets. Developing, producing and delivering regular and one-off management information to provide insights and aid decision-making. 
• FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS DEFINITION & MANAGEMENT  Managing requirements through the entire delivery and operational lifecycle. 
• PRODUCTS & SERVICES - Comprehensive understanding of the range of BIL products and services offering for retail banking, wealth management, corporate and institutional banking solutions, meeting the diverse needs and specificities of local and international 
  clients. 

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

• Conduct customer segmentation, credit underwriting, and behavioral analytics.
• Implement data quality checks, exception reporting, and validation controls.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, Risk, and Business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support banking and financial services analytics, including lending and risk management functions.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance while driving continuous process improvements
