About our Team

Our team is an expert in data integrity, data consistency, and in the knowledge of the data flow for all products acquired in Health Markets. This team has in-depth knowledge of products, systems, technology, data flow, and associated analytical capabilities.

About the Role

This role includes reviewing and updating metadata for science and technology products in the system. Entering correct codes that are mandatory to trigger the metadata to other systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the data flow is consistent across database systems

• Verifying standard/ complex coded or uncoded business and statistical source data based on requirement from business

• Entering correct codes, fixing and resolving metadata errors in the database systems and solving a range of routine issues

• Reviewing and updating contracts change to the system

• Analyzing Data and problems through Analytical Skills.

• Create reports required for business

• Develop documentation procedure

• Work on audit reports

• Compare reports and fix discrepancies.

• Handle business calls from other internal business locations, audit calls, monthly meetings.

• Handle end to end processes and issues, find the root cause of the problem and fix and provide corrective and preventive solutions.

• Should work from office as and when required by the department.

Requirements

Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrate excellent and engaging written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience of working on reporting tools like Tableau, KNIME or Excel

• Be a team player, capable of working in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
