Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. The CCB Data & Analytics team responsibly leverages data across Chase to build competitive advantages for the businesses while providing value and protection for customers. The team encompasses a variety of disciplines from data governance and strategy to reporting, data science and machine learning. We have a strong partnership with Technology, which provides cutting edge data and analytics infrastructure. The team powers Chase with insights to create the best customer and business outcomes.

As a Data Domain Architect Associate Senior within the Data and Analytics team, you will collaborate with business analysts and engineering teams to deliver enterprise-class data platforms. You will leverage data to build competitive advantages and provide value and protection for customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with users to understand business data usage and potential improvements.
- Establish and manage relationships with the analyst community.
- Drive product strategy and priorities using technical expertise.
- Define features and capabilities for future user consumption services.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable and resilient data warehouses.
- Maintain and refine product backlog through agile practices.
- Validate delivered features against business requirements through testing.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 3+ years of experience with a strong technology background and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of SQL, Python, and other data engineering tools.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, detail-oriented organization.
- Understanding of data platform technologies, including Snowflake, AWS Data Lake, and Info1.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive product development.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Familiarity with data modeling, dimensional models, and semantic layers.
- Educational or on-the-job experience in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
