Required Skills and Experience:

  • Overall 6+ years of experience into IT industry. Minimum 4+ years of experience into Data Engineering with Global Business Operations.
  • Knowledge on Data Products and Global Business Operations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate with both technical and non-technical colleagues, to derive technical requirements from business needs and problems
  • Working closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to understand their data needs and ensure the data infrastructure effectively supports their goals. 
  • Overseeing project lifecycles, resource allocation, and adherence to timelines and budgets. 
  • Establishing and maintaining project management methodologies, best practices, and documentation. 
  • Facilitating communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management, including regular status updates and reporting. 
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Utilizing and managing project management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Project Online). 
  • Ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources across projects. 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience on consulting on products/service capabilities to clients
  • Cloud platform certification, e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty, Elastic Certified Engineer, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
  • Degree in a scientific discipline, such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology
  • Requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
  • Requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Requires strong organizational and administrative skills
