As a Data Modeller, you’ll be responsible for defining, maintaining, and improving data models. You’ll support data architects with solutions, and you’ll contribute to data quality investigations. You’ll also support subject matter experts and data owners in managing content.
As well as this you’ll:
- Collaborate with business analysts and data management specialists to translate data requirements
- Take ownership for data modelling and data contract creation
- Adopt the enterprise data model and standards
- Identify and mitigate potential data risks
We’re looking for a someone with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills and 12 years experience in data modelling or data architecture. Along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, you’ll have knowledge of conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling. You’ll also have knowledge of at least one UML or data modelling tool such as ErWin, SparxEA, or ER Studio.
Furthermore, you’ll demonstrate:
- An understanding of data modelling methodologies with deep expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data models across complex domains
- Expertise in designing data structures to support real‑time and batch integrations, including Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and downstream analytics
- Knowledge of modeling data for cloud analytics and data platforms on AWS (S3, Redshift, RDS/Aurora, Glue‑enabled pipelines), defining and governing data models, canonical schemas, and data standards across AWS‑based platforms
- An understanding of dimensional modeling, normalization, performance optimization, and model design for scalability
- Experience in data governance, including metadata management, lineage, data quality rules, and compliance with GDPR and security standards
