As a Data Quality Analyst, you will analyze data sources, maintain datasets for AI training, and prepare quality reports. You will collaborate with engineers on dataset creation and maintain evaluation datasets with domain experts.

We’re hiring Data Quality Analysts to join our team at the intersection of engineering, and AI innovation. This role is perfect for a passionate Data practitioner who wants to see their work directly impacts new innovative products, company’s growth and leads to expanding own competencies in the field.
What you'll be doing:
- Analyze & understand data:
- Analyze available internal data sources
- Prepare reports about quality, completeness and volume of available data for specific use cases
- Maintaining datasets for AI model training & fine-tuning:
- Work on instruction tuning datasets
- Plan dataset creation with Data Engineers and AI Engineers
- Evaluation & “Golden” datasets:
- Maintain “golden” datasets with domain experts
- Build evaluation datasets
What you’ll need:
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with AI concepts - RAG, fine-tuning, datasets
- An ability to work with data through Python, SQL queries
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in data management/data analysis
- Experience with DataFrames in Pandas/Polars
- Experience in AWS environment
- Traits:
