Role Overview: We are looking for an AI Learning Content Reviewer to evaluate and refine AI-generated educational content. The role focuses on ensuring content accuracy, coherence, clarity, and alignment with predefined skill sets and EQF levels. This position does not require writing full courses from scratch. Instead, the reviewer will perform analytical review, micro-editing, and skill mapping validation to ensure high-quality learning materials.
As a Instructional Designer you will:
- Review AI-generated course content (1–2 hours per course) for quality, clarity, and coherence
- Ensure correct alignment between Skill Sets, Learning Outcomes, EQF levels, and course modules
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, hallucinations, and conceptual gaps in the content
- Improve structure and flow through light micro-editing when necessary
- Validate that each course meets the required pedagogical logic and instructional structure
- Flag unclear, repetitive, or inaccurate sections and propose simple improvements
- Document revision notes clearly and consistently
- Collaborate with Content and QA teams to maintain high content standards
- Review an average of 1.5–2 courses per day with high accuracy
The ideal candidate will have:
Core Skills (Must-Have):
- Strong analytical reading skills
- Ability to detect inconsistencies, factual issues, or gaps in logic
- Basic understanding of instructional structure (LO → Module → Lesson)
- Familiarity with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) or willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to assess content coherence and sequencing
- Good command of Modern Standard Arabic (clarity, correctness, micro-editing)
- Ability to simplify or rephrase short sections when needed (micro-editing, not content writing)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under deadlines and review multiple courses per day
- Comfort using AI tools and structured templates
Nice-to-Have:
- Previous experience in instructional design, editing, curriculum review, or educational content
- Familiarity with SFIA or other skill frameworks
- Background in LMS or e-learning content development
- Experience in content QA or content auditing
