As a Data Support Analyst, you will gain valuable exposure to investment fund data, client support operations, and global financial markets while working with clients across Europe and APAC. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build your expertise in financial data services, develop strong analytical and customer engagement skills, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across product support, data operations, and client experience. Your key responsibilities as a Data Support Analyst will include:

  • Manage customer enquiries and issues received through email, customer portals, and other support channels, ensuring accurate case logging, prioritisation, and resolution within agreed service levels.
  • Investigate and resolve fund data related requests and issues, aiming to deliver first-contact resolution wherever possible.
  • Collaborate with data operations and product support teams to coordinate and communicate timely resolutions for customer cases.
  • Build positive relationships with clients by delivering professional, responsive, and customer-focused support.
  • Meet defined service level agreements, quality standards, and performance metrics while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of fund data and contribute to knowledge-sharing resources and support documentation.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Data Support Analyst:

  • You will have up to 1 year of experience in data processing, data entry, customer support, contact centre operations, or a similar environment involving interaction with business users.
  • You will have a good understanding of Microsoft Office tools and the ability to work efficiently with multiple systems and applications.
  • You will demonstrate strong written and verbal English communication skills, enabling you to confidently support international clients and stakeholders.
  • You will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for delivering accurate and timely resolutions.
  • You will be adaptable, collaborative, and open to working in shifts aligned with our client locations across Europe and APAC.
