The Informatica Developer designs and develops data integration solutions using Informatica tools, facilitates migration efforts, collaborates with teams to meet data requirements, and optimizes ETL processes in a cloud environment.
As an Informatica Developer, you will play a crucial role in our Cloud Data Engineering team, focusing on Informatica Cloud. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop robust data integration solutions, ensuring efficient data flow and transformation. You will collaborate closely with our team to implement Informatica PowerCenter and CDI best practices, contributing to our data-driven culture.

- Develop, enhance, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI).
- Lead or contribute to migration efforts from PowerCenter to IDMC/CDI.
- Integrate data across various platforms including Oracle, SQL Server, and Snowflake.
- Leverage REST APIs within IDMC CDI to connect with internal and external applications and systems.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
- Work independently to analyze complex source-to-target mappings and resolve data integration challenges.
- Troubleshoot and optimize data workflows for issue resolution, performance, and scalability in a cloud environment.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and Unix Shell scripts as part of data workflows and automation.
- Document ETL processes, data flows, and system integrations effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
- 3+ years of experience with Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI).
- Experience with IDMC migration projects is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of ETL architecture, data modeling concepts, and data warehousing best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL (complex queries, optimization) and Shell scripting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Informatica Data Management Cloud Services (IDMC), Data Quality (IDQ), or other IDMC components.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with job scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M, Autosys).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
