About the Role

You'll own and elevate the CustomerLabs website experience—from redesign strategy and information architecture to high-converting pages, scalable design systems, and implementation quality. You'll also mentor designers and keep design execution aligned with business and user outcomes.


What You'll Do

·  Lead end-to-end website design and continuous improvement.

·  Plan and execute website redesigns that improve usability, engagement, and experience.

·  Design responsive, modern pages aligned with the CustomerLabs brand.

·  Translate business goals into strong website experiences with Marketing, Content, Engineering, and Leadership.

·  Create information architecture, user flows, navigation, page layouts, landing pages, campaign pages, and solution pages.

·  Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components in Figma.

·  Partner with frontend developers for accurate implementation and review shipped designs.

·  Use analytics and user feedback to continuously improve the website.

·  Mentor junior designers, run design reviews, and maintain a high quality bar.


Must-Have

·  5+ years of experience in UI/UX, website design, or digital experience design.

·  Strong experience with corporate, B2B SaaS, or marketing websites.

·  Proven experience leading website redesign projects from concept to launch.

·  Strong portfolio of website and responsive design work.

·  Strong understanding of usability, responsive design, accessibility, and modern UI patterns.

·  Experience with scalable design systems and reusable components.

·  Ability to work independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor designers.

·  Design quality and consistency improve across the website and team.

·  Design decisions are informed by user behavior, experiments, and measurable outcomes.
