Accountable for the deliverables of his/her Discipline(s) :

  • Complying with Disciplines processes and Design Rules:

  • Plan, monitor and control activities according to Discipline PD of his/her PG/PL following CPM (CLEAN Project Management) & GAMA (SPICE)

  • In charge of the robust design for Manufacturing / validation in line with the economic targets

  • Review Internal requirements, Customer Requirements, Specifications

  • Perform or support design calculations / simulations / coding / associated acceptance tests

  • Applies Standardization rules, exceptionally will request de-standardizations based on justifications

  • Responsible for Discipline design reviews preparation and open points closure

  • Interface with the customer for the Discipline content

  • Report and escalate to the Product Technical Manager/Leader/Eng and his/her Hierarchical

 

Responsible for the detailed scheduling and budgeting

  • Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments

  • Establish detail breakdown of the activities to meet the milestones

  • Follow activities and spending of his/her scope to meet his/her allowed budget and timing

 

Management of the contributors

  • Daily management of his/her group

  • Assign to them the needed work packages

  • Regular review with his/her Hierarchical to check alignment between needs and availabilities
