The Designer II, Infrastructure role supports IFF's global technology organization by delivering outcomes within infrastructure architecture. This position partners with business and technology stakeholders to drive operational excellence, innovation, governance, and continuous improvement. The role is expected to influence decisions appropriate to its level, solve complex problems, and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
Advanced degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
Relevant professional experience aligned with the responsibilities and level of the role.
Experience working effectively in global and cross-functional environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to deliver business outcomes.
Expertise in the relevant domain, enterprise systems, and technology platforms.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, documentation, and process improvement.
Strong collaboration, communication, accountability, customer focus, problem-solving, adaptability, and continuous learning mindset.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft or equivalent credentials are preferred.
