We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience to design intuitive user experiences and develop responsive web interfaces. The ideal candidate will combine strong design thinking with front-end development expertise to create visually appealing, user-centric, and high-performing web applications.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces that align with product goals and user needs.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, scalable, and interactive web applications. 
  • Develop and maintain reusable front-end components using modern frameworks and best practices. 
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. 
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, stakeholders, and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Work across multiple customer projects built on a common product platform, ensuring consistency and adaptability in design and development.
  • Coordinate effectively with offshore teams, including accommodating some flexibility in working hours when required for collaboration. 
  • Conduct usability testing and implement iterative design improvements based on user feedback and analytics. 
  • Maintain consistency with branding guidelines and design systems across all customer implementations. 
  • Participate in design reviews and proactively contribute innovative ideas to enhance overall product usability and user experience.

Qualifications

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and front-end development. 
  • Proven portfolio showcasing design projects and responsive web applications. 
  • Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams. 
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables. 
  • Flexibility to accommodate overlapping hours with US-based teams when required.
     

Skills:

Technical Skills:

  •  Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of modern front-end development practices.
  • Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js (mandatory). 
  • Experience in integrating REST APIs and working closely with Node.js-based back-end services.
  • Strong focus on API integration and data-driven UI development. 
  • Expertise in Figma and/or Adobe XD, including the ability to interpret designs, extract specifications, and translate them into functional UI components. 
  • Good understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and cross-device compatibility. 
  • Ability to design and refine UI as needed, not just implement—combining development with UI/UX sensibility. 
  • Proficiency with GitHub for version control, collaboration, and code management workflows.
  • Experience building reusable, scalable front-end components. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency with design systems and branding guidelines.
     

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with TypeScript. 
  • Knowledge of Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap. 
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization.
    Ability: 
  • Strong creative and visual design skills with attention to detail. 
  • Ability to solve usability and design challenges effectively. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills. 
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and project requirements. 
  • Willingness to work closely with US-based cross-functional teams.

Work Conditions/ Physical Demands: Office environment
