Job Description: As a Frontend Developer with a focus on UI/UX design, you will be responsible for building visually appealing, functional, and responsive user interfaces using modern web technologies. You will also be expected to contribute to the UX/UI design process by collaborating with designers to ensure that the user experience is seamless and optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development:
  

• Build and maintain responsive, interactive websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  

• Translate UI/UX designs into fully functional, clean, and efficient code.
  

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide feedback to design teams when necessary.
  

• UI/UX Design Collaboration:
  

• Collaborate with designers to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
  

• Participate in user research and usability testing to identify opportunities for design improvements.
  

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
  

• Responsive Design:
  

• Ensure all websites are fully responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices (mobile, tablet, desktop).
  

• Cross-Browser Compatibility:
  

• Test and ensure compatibility across different browsers and platforms.
  

• Code Quality and Maintenance:
  

• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
  

• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
  

• Collaboration & Agile Workflows:
  

• Work closely with product managers, backend developers, and other stakeholders in an agile environment.
  

• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
  

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
  

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  

• Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
  

• Solid understanding of CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, LESS).
  

• Familiarity with responsive web design principles.
  

• Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  

• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
  

• Basic understanding of backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, RESTful APIs) is a plus.
  

• Design Skills:
  

• Strong eye for design with an understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
  

• Ability to create pixel-perfect designs and prototypes based on user feedback.
  

• Understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate them into functional code.
  

• Soft Skills:
  

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  

• A strong portfolio showcasing your frontend development and UI/UX design work is highly preferred.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and implementing accessible web designs.
