- Data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving

- Experience owning features or systems through the full lifecycle:
- Technical design and reviews

- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex production issues
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and core application components
- Write significant amounts of hands-on code in Go, Java, or Python
- Build and evolve shared libraries, frameworks, and internal platforms used across multiple teams
- Apply strong software architecture and design principles to solve non-trivial engineering problems
- Improve system scalability, reliability, and performance through thoughtful design and implementation
- Participate actively in:
- Technical design discussions
