Core Responsibilities
Writing high-quality code that satisfies customer needs and strives for simplicity, clarity, and testability; promoting a collaborative team environment and work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives; collaborating with stakeholders to understand functional and nonfunctional requirements
• Develop solutions according to requirements/user stories and deploy using delivery pipeline; create supporting functional and non-functional documentation
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests to test software against acceptance criteria
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to defined coding standards
• Manage technical debt as part of daily activities; manage incidents/problems
Technology
- GitHub (working with code review, conventional commit, branching strategy)
- Jenkins (knowledge about build and deploy pipeline, test and code quality check)
- Knowledge about unit and integration test , experience in writing tests and TDD practice • Knowledge about Software Design pattern and cache management
- Cloud: experience in designing and development of cloud application (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Node/Typescript/Javascript : knowledge of interfaces, streams, events and main standard modules
- Java: Knowledge of Java version > 8 and its latest features and versions
- Docker: knowledge of a Dockerfile structure and docker-compose, understanding the differences between VM and container, able to work on dockerization of application, experience in deployment in production environment of application dockerized (K8s, Swarm, ECS, ..), knowledge of different docker container dimensions
- IaC (es. Terraform): knowledge about IaC and its benefits • Performance Testing Tools : experience in performing stress test in order to determinates the robustness of digital applications in collaboration with DevOps and QAs (tools K6, Jmeter) Required Skills : Java , SpringBoot, Microservices , AWS Functional & Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles • Strong proficiency in one or more coding languages • Working knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD principles and practices
- Strong ability to understand context for code, the codebase, and its relation to business objectives
- Expertise in multiple programming and markup languages, such as Java, XML, JSON, YAML, Typescript
- Competent working with cloud-native architectures, including public cloud PaaS / IaaS, micro-services architectures, APIs
